In addition to the sale of fine timepieces, SwissTimeZone also provides exceptional service when your watch requires it. Peter is the island's only certified master watchmaker (Horologist DMS). Your heirloom timepiece is completely disassembled, cleaned, oiled, tested for waterproof, regulated and re-cased. Expert refinishing of the case and bracelet is the final touch to the work of a true craftsman. All major repairs include a 3 year warranty at $400 - plus parts if needed and a written up-to-date appraisal.

Watch Repair: All watch repairs, overhauls, and part replacements are accomplished using only factory recommended procedures and genuine factory parts in state of the art repair facility located on the premises. This allows for a quick turn around of your fine timepiece, compared to the 4-8 weeks experienced when your watch has to be "sent to the factory" or other outside repair service. No Short cuts or substitutions are made in the repair of your time-piece. While it is possible to have a watch partially disassembled and cleaned for considerably less cost, it is not recommended, and SwissTimeZone will only do a complete disassembly of a mechanical watch.

Warranty Policy: All preowned timepieces are warranted for a period of 1 year from date of purchase. If the watch malfunctions within one year from the date of purchase, SwissTimeZone will repair the defect at no cost to the customer. All work will be done to factory standards and only genuine parts will be used. The customer will be responsible for shipping to SwissTimeZone, in a secure package via insured carrier. All warranty repairs will be returned to the customer at our expense. This warranty does not cover external damage or water damage caused by the customer. New timepieces -- The warranty period is extended to two years.
